Position Summary:

The Production Designer will work closely with a team to produce primarily digital, web-ready deliverables that meet all technical requirements while maintaining creative and brand integrity for our social media and email channels. You are responsible for reviewing each deliverable before release to ensure adherence to all vendor specifications as well as our brand guidelines. You will review digital proofs for overall accuracy, color, and content.

A look at your day-to-day

• Provides final artwork including but not limited to marketing emails, social media graphics, web banners, digital ads, and occasionally, printed signage.
• Work closely with the team to produce final, print- and/or digital-ready deliverables that meet all technical requirements while maintaining creative integrity
• Manage multiple projects throughout the week and communicate with internal Lead Designer to hit deadlines
• Ensure timely updates for a delivery of soft proofs
• Assist Design team whenever needed
• Review all art files for accuracy
• Manage review process for files with the Marketing team through Miro
• Load final art files in email system to check for accuracy
• Organize and maintain a Creative server.

Now for a little bit about you….

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent
• 3-5 or more years in a Production Design role focused primarily on email design
• Results- and deadline-driven
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Goal-oriented with high standards of excellence
• Extreme organizational skills and attention to detail
• Expertise in designing and building marketing emails
• Complete understanding of design to print process
• Pre-press and digital production knowledge
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite 
• Working knowledge of Canva
• Experience with consumer product brands
• Responsive to constructive criticism
• Ability to pivot quickly, when strategies change
• Basic video production and editing skills a bonus
• Light HTML skills a bonus
