Join the Business at Apple design team and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create user-centric solutions for business of all sizes. As a key leader of the team, you will oversee the design work across a portfolio of features and product roadmaps, ensuring a cohesive and seamless experience across platforms. This position requires strong creative leadership to guide a team of talented product designers, fostering an environment of collaboration, growth, and excellence. You will provide design direction while also taking charge of process initiatives, ensuring effective workflows across teams. Your ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences will be vital in translating business needs into intuitive design solutions. With dedicated support, you will excel at managing multiple priorities, guiding the team through complex projects while staying focused on both creative and operational goals. Minimum Qualifications


A portfolio showing leadership in product design, creative problem-solving, and team collaboration. Commitment to transparency, privacy, trust, and aligning design with business goals. Ability to communicate strategy and vision clearly to designers, engineers, product managers, and leadership through writing, visuals, and presentations. Experience presenting complex design ideas through sketches, wireframes, high-fidelity comps, and prototypes. 10+ years of design experience, focusing on web, tools, or enterprise-level interfaces. Ability to balance user needs with business goals and technical requirements. Proficiency in Sketch, Figma, Photoshop, Keynote, and other design tools. Track record of solving complex interaction problems across platforms. Understanding of inclusive design and accessibility, with a desire to keep learning. Experience designing tools or software for professionals. Comfortable with ambiguity and change. Passion for Apple products and customer experience.

Preferred Qualifications


Experience designing enterprise tools, especially for complex data and business workflows. Ability to lead with a design-first vision that aligns with both user needs and business goals. Proven success in building strong relationships across teams and stakeholders. Self-driven, able to work independently while maintaining high design standards.
