We are looking for a CRM Trainer to join our CRM Marketing Team!

What we want from you:

  • Training & Onboarding New CRM Team Members
  • Develop and execute structured onboarding programs for new CRM hires.
  • Provide hands-on training on CRM tools (e.g., FastTrack or others).
  • Guide new hires through player lifecycle management, segmentation, and campaign execution.
  • Ensure all new team members understand bonus mechanics, player journey strategies, and regulatory compliance.
  • Assign training tasks and progress evaluations during the onboarding period.
  • Document CRM workflows, including campaign creation, segmentation, lifecycle communications, and bonus distribution.
  • Keep training materials updated based on system upgrades, new technologies, and strategy changes.
  • Train CRM teams on effective communication strategies, including email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
  • Develop interactive training materials, such as video tutorials, webinars, and quizzes.
  • Work with team leads to align training sessions with department needs.
  • Work closely with marketing, content, and technical teams to ensure smooth integration of CRM campaigns.
  • Experience in CRM, or digital marketing with a focus on customer engagement.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms
  • In-depth understanding of the sectors;
  • Strong understanding of player segmentation, lifecycle campaigns, and retention strategies.
  • Experience in onboarding, training, or knowledge management is a plus.
  • Strong presentation & communication skills – ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
  • Problem-solving skills – ability to identify gaps in processes and improve efficiency.
  • Proficiency in documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, Google Docs).
  • Organizational skills – ability to manage multiple training sessions and materials.
  • Attention to detail – ensuring that CRM team members are well-prepared and trained.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Russian.
