We are looking for you to join our Mission Systems Sector team as a Staff Program Planning Analyst/Master Scheduler based out of Rolling Meadows, IL. This is an onsite position that offers the 9/80 work schedule.
The Planner/Scheduler will become part of Northrop Grumman’s Program Scheduling and Compliance Center of Excellence. Schedulers are hired directly into our Scheduling Center of Excellence and placed on programs within the Mission Systems (MS) Sector. The MS scheduling organization focuses on skill development and, most importantly, creates a pathway for professional development and progression. The Center of Excellence provides training within a standard, common tool suite that allows for speed, productivity and integration while facilitating compliance and focusing on program execution.
The Planner/Scheduler is responsible for the implementation of standard processes and tools and program planning and control practices. This position will work within a team environment consisting of program management, technical, production, financial and other supporting staff. This is a subject matter role that requires mentoring of junior schedulers and will work highly complex programs, often as a lead of several schedulers in an operating unit or business unit.
Working closely with the Program team the Planner/Scheduler will develop and coordinate the integrated master plan and integrated master schedule to meet all program objectives and status the IMS on a weekly basis. The Scheduling Analysts will be expected to have comprehensive communication skills, involving written and oral presentations, and present IMS status and analysis to internal/external management on a weekly/monthly basis.

Salary Range: $148,400.00 - $222,600.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
