Sr. IT Analyst
Full Time Perm
Salary: $93,800 - $140,700, plus 8% annual bonus

Location: Columbus, OH
Our team supports the company's Utility Applications - a total of approx. 120 applications. The team consists of a manager and ten analysts - supplemented by a large service provider team. We are responsible for the day-to-day operations tasks as well as project delivery for the applications in our domain. The utility domain is in process of a major transformation effort and the Sr. IT Analyst will play a key role in this effort.
The Sr. IT Analyst will act as a liaison between the business, IT, and other project stakeholders. This role will be primarily assigned to the applications portfolio where they will help maintain a subset of applications, execution of application projects, assist with requirements gathering and coordination within an agile team.
This Sr. IT Analyst will focus on MuleSoft and OpenText.
Your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Service IT Ownership: Responsible for service levels, licensing, incident management, problem management and other ITIL practices.
Definition and Design: Facilitate workshops to evolve scope, gather detailed requirements, and develop use cases and begin visualizing the end result
Requirements Elicitation: Leads, designs and facilitates business engagements to establish scope, business needs, project objectives, outcomes and expectations on business processes
Requirements Development: Works to ensure that quality business requirements are produced, accepted and approved by the key stakeholders
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
4+ years of experience with business modeling, business analysis, and/or business application support
Experience with all phases of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) with one or more of the methodologies: waterfall or agile methodologies
Preferred Qualifications
Utility experience
Experience with middleware specifically MuleSoft
Experience with agile / iterative development methodologies
Knowledge / experience using testing tool like HP ALM and agile development tools like JIRA
ITIL knowledge

Salary Range*:
$93,800.00 - $140,700.00*The salary offered to a candidate is based on several factors including but not limited to the candidate’s skills, job-related knowledge, and relevant experience, as well as internal pay equity.
