Join us as a Founder of our ‘new’ Sandoz!#Sandoz【Your Key Responsibilities】We are seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Assistant. Your responsibilities include, but not limited to support General Manager, Taiwan and Hong Kong.【What you’ll bring to the role】Major accountabilities:• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the senior executive, including but not limited to managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel arrangements.• Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents for the executive.• Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports for the management team as needed.• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive.• Coordinate and facilitate communication between the executives and other team members.• Assist in the planning and execution of company events, leadership meetings, and conferences.• Perform other ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the senior executive.• Assist in internal communication and People & Organization administration support.• Flexibility and ownership of the overall operations.Key performance indicators:• Enhance operational effectiveness and efficiency• Consistently monitor and control the quality of performance• Reduce operational costs• Maximize asset value and extend asset life cycleMinimum Requirements:• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.• Above 3 years working expereince in EA or simiar roles in mutinational companies.Work Experience:• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting senior executives.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Chinese and English.• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.• Ability to work independently, with a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality.• Previous experience in a fast-paced corporate environment is a plus.• Managing Crises.• Cross Cultural Experience.• Collaborating across boundaries.Skills:• Quality decision making.• Managing resources.• Creativity and visioning.• Being assertive.• Conflict management.• Challenging the status quo.• Influencing and persuading.• Transaction Deal Structuring.• Franchise Strategy Prioritization.• Analyzing stakeholder requirements.Languages :• English.• Chinese.【Why Sandoz? 】Generic and Biosimilar medicines are the backbone of the global medicines industry.
