SAP SuccessFactors Consultants

NXT GIG is seeking experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultants to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing SAP SuccessFactors solutions to enhance human capital management processes for our clients. You will collaborate with business leaders to understand their HR needs and translate them into effective SuccessFactors implementations. Your expertise in module-specific configurations, integration capabilities, and best practices will be essential in driving user adoption and satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Implement and configure SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, and Learning Management.

  • Provide expertise in the configuration of SuccessFactors tools to meet specific business needs and HR processes.
  • Conduct user training sessions and workshops to ensure effective utilization of SuccessFactors applications.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with a strong understanding of HR processes.
  • In-depth knowledge of various SAP SuccessFactors modules and their configurations.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders to understand their requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members.
  • Experience in project implementation methodologies and Agile frameworks.
