This role is for one of the Weekday's clients

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for analytical problem-solvers who can transform marketing data into actionable insights and strategy.

  • High-agency operators – You take initiative, figure things out, and don’t wait for step-by-step instructions.
  • Data & technology-savvy – AI tools, automation, and light coding (Python preferred) should feel natural to you.
  • Exceptional communicators – You can simplify complex marketing data into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinkers – You go beyond execution, aligning marketing efforts with business goals.

What You’ll Do

First 30 Days – Learn & Observe

  • Work closely with experienced team members to understand the approach to marketing consulting.
  • Gain hands-on experience with ad platforms like Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Learn about campaign structures, bid strategies, audience targeting, and data-driven decision-making.

Next 60 Days – Execute & Optimize

  • Take ownership of a portfolio of clients, managing and optimizing paid media campaigns.
  • Analyze marketing data to inform campaign performance and drive optimization.
  • Conduct performance audits and provide data-backed recommendations.
  • Develop marketing strategies that bridge execution with business objectives.

Beyond 90 Days – Scale & Lead

  • Manage larger, more complex accounts across different industries and geographies.
  • Develop multi-channel marketing strategies.
  • Own client relationships, ensuring long-term success and retention.
  • Work on cross-functional projects, integrating data science, automation, and creative strategy.
