Essential Duties And Responsibilities
• Daily Reporting (location summary report, monthly/daily revenue reports)
• Assist with month end invoices and data management
• Maintain tenant, employee, and guest parking validation codes
• Work directly with PMCs Commercial Command Center
• Work directly with the Fort Worth Stockyards property management company
• Assist in maintaining PMCs parking platform in Fort Worth Stockyards
• All other duties as assigned.

Requirements And Experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel)
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); 1-2 year minimum previous experience in administrative role. Related customer service/hospitality/human resources/recruiting experience is preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong team building skills and ability to motivate others
• Team-player mindset and willingness to collaborate
• Willing to take responsibility and act independently when necessary
• Valid in-state drivers license with a clean driving record - Ability to pass PMCs background check and drug screening requirements
• Use of personal cell phones may be required for work purposes
