Position Summary:


Sales Manager, Components - EMEA and ROW will have overall responsibility and accountability for the planning, directing, and managing sales for our Components EMEA/ROW sales team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of revenue growth, leadership skills and managing a direct sales team to deliver outstanding sales growth that meet or exceed company targets.


This role will partner closely with the global sales management team as well as product and corporate marketing to develop strategic and tactical sales objectives. He/she will be responsible for leading and maximizing available resources including Account Executive, Solution Engineers, and Professional Services to achieve sales objections.


Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience selling into customers with a strong understanding of differences in messaging, communication and interaction with prospects and customers globally
  • Track record of consistently over-achieving quota in past positions
  • Experience managing and closing complex direct deals
  • Strong written and verbal presentation skills: should be able to quickly construct compelling presentation materials
  • Strong collaboration skills: will be required to coordinate closely with other functions and partners
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment and stay on top of multiple activities
  • You like to win, build high-performing, collaborative teams and have a real go getter attitude but balance that with a respectful approach and high integrity
  • 5+ years of enterprise software, SaaS, or technology sales experience with a focus on selling into larger customer & prospects globally
  • 3+ years’ experience in enterprise sales management
  • Demonstrated history of sales success and progressive managerial responsibilities
  • Experience selling in a complex, long sales cycle, large account environment
  • Complex solution selling requiring collaboration from multiple functional teams within customer and internal or external teams
  • Developing strong relationships and building networks
  • Deep Understanding of Enterprise Software Licensing and Compliance
  • Comfortable dealing with a global customer base and interacting in a multicultural environment
  • University degree required; MBA preferred


Responsibilities:
  •  Develop sales targets and build sales capacity model to meet them.
  • Research, prospect, and pitch Fortune 2000 accounts by building relationships with senior contacts and developing and expanding current large Perforce customers.
  • Perform weekly pipeline and account reviews to maintain accuracy in forecasting, reporting, and delivery of sales and services quotas and targets with Salesforce.com (CRM)
  • Active participation in the development of strategy and plans for the Perfecto business and collaborate with global Sales and Marketing teams to ensure consistency of approach.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to structure and execute business initiatives and capitalize on their expertise for pitches and proposals.
  • Maintain expertise of industry and competitors; continually gather competitive intelligence.


$160,000 - $330,000 a year
The base pay range targeted for this role is $140,000 - $160,000 USD. This position will be eligible for a Sales Commissions Plan. Additionally, this position is eligible for benefits including, but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, retirement benefits, life insurance, wellness programs, total time off, and other employee perks that may be offered by Perforce from time to time.  The actual offer will depend on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s education, skills, qualifications, depth of experience and other relevant business considerations.
