La posición de Director de Ventas es un perfil de un Ejecutivo altamente experimentado y orientado a resultados para liderar y desarrollar nuestro equipo de ventas en el segmento Commercial, gestionando territorios clave con enfoque en verticales/industrias específicas. Este rol es fundamental para impulsar el crecimiento sostenible de la compañía. El candidato ideal tendrá experiencia en ventas B2B, liderazgo de equipos de alto rendimiento y una sólida comprensión de las soluciones CX/EX impulsadas por IA.

Responsabilidades Principales:

  • Definir y ejecutar la estrategia de ventas para el segmento Commercial, alineada con los objetivos globales y regionales de la compañía.
  • Liderar un equipo de ejecutivos de ventas, asegurando el cumplimiento de metas.
  • Gestionar la planificación de territorios y el desarrollo de estrategias específicas para industrias clave.
  • Impulsar la adopción de soluciones de CX/EX IA en conjunto y en coordinación con el ecosistema de Business Partners.
  • Fomentar relaciones estratégicas a largo plazo con clientes clave, potenciando la satisfacción.
  • Implementar procesos de ventas basados en datos para mejorar la predictibilidad del pipeline y la conversión de negocios.
  • Colaborar estrechamente con los equipos de MarketingCustomer SuccessPartners, Solution Consultant, Professional Services para maximizar el valor entregado al cliente y a nuestros Business Partners.
  • Analizar y entender las tendencias del mercado y competencia para identificar nuevas oportunidades de crecimiento.
  • Generar y presentar reportes ejecutivos en lo que respecta al plan, estrategia, y forecast.

Requisitos:

  • Título universitario en Administración, Ingeniería, Negocios o áreas relacionadas.
  • MBA deseable.
  • Mínimo 10 años de experiencia en roles de ventas B2B en empresas de tecnología ( SaaS/Contact Center/CX/EX/IA).
  • Experiencia liderando equipos de ventas en múltiples territorios.
  • Sólido historial de cumplimiento de objetivos de ventas.
  • Fuertes habilidades de liderazgo, coaching y desarrollo de talento.
  • Orientación a resultados con mentalidad analítica y enfoque en métricas.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y negociación a nivel ejecutivo (C-level).
  • Inglés avanzado (oral y escrito).
  • Disponibilidad para viajar según sea necesario.
