As a Customer Success Manager at Pion, you’ll find yourself at the heart of our mission to make life more affordable through innovative technology. We’re on the lookout for someone who can genuinely support our clients, helping them achieve their strategic goals while spotting fantastic growth opportunities. With a hybrid work model of two days in the office, you'll have the flexibility to collaborate with your team either from our London or Manchester office or from the comfort of your home. In this role, you'll work closely with the Account Management team to help our clients understand the incredible value our products bring to their businesses. You'll conduct monthly and quarterly business reviews to ensure everyone is on the same page and monitor our client’s progress effectively. One of your key responsibilities will be developing tailored success plans for each client while proactively addressing potential churn risks, making sure our clients are happy and engaged with Pion’s offerings. Your experience in dealing with diverse product offerings, particularly within the affiliate space, will be invaluable as you identify opportunities for upsells and expansion, driving leads while meeting targets.
