À PROPOS DU RÔLE

Le Responsable principal de l’analyse marketing sera responsable du développement et de l'expansion de la fonction analytique au sein de notre unité d'affaires Hôtellerie, permettant ainsi une prise de décision fondée sur les données et favorisant la croissance à travers la mesure des performances, l’optimisation et les perspectives stratégiques.


Ce rôle est pratique et entrepreneurial, nécessitant une personne autonome capable de travailler de manière transversale pour identifier des opportunités, définir des indicateurs de succès et établir des meilleures pratiques pour mesurer, optimiser et faire croître l’activité. Vous collaborerez étroitement avec les équipes marketing, produit et données pour créer une infrastructure analytique évolutive, découvrir des insights générateurs de revenus et promouvoir une culture de l'expérimentation et de l'amélioration continue.


Ce rôle n’a pas de subordonnés directs, mais il exige une forte capacité d'influence à travers les équipes pour favoriser l'adoption de la prise de décision fondée sur les données à grande échelle.


VOS RESPONSABILITÉS

- Construire et diriger la fonction analytique au sein de l’unité d'affaires Hôtellerie, en développant la stratégie, les processus, les outils et les meilleures pratiques pour mesurer et optimiser les performances marketing et les revenus.

- Mettre en place une infrastructure analytique évolutive, en veillant à ce que les données soient précises, accessibles et exploitables pour le suivi des performances, l'optimisation et la prise de décisions.

- Collaborer avec les équipes marketing, produit et ingénierie des données pour identifier et prioriser des opportunités à fort impact pour la croissance, l'optimisation et l'expérimentation.

- Définir et diffuser les principaux indicateurs de performance (KPI) et les critères de succès à travers les canaux marketing, en assurant l’alignement avec les objectifs commerciaux et en favorisant l’adoption au sein des équipes.

- Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies de tests et d’expérimentation afin d’améliorer en continu les performances marketing, l’engagement des clients et la génération de revenus.

- Agir en tant que principal narrateur des données, transformant des informations complexes en insights clairs et percutants qui influencent la stratégie, les investissements et l'exécution.

- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les analystes et les data scientists pour exploiter la modélisation prédictive, la segmentation et les analyses avancées afin de découvrir de nouvelles opportunités.

- Promouvoir l’automatisation et la scalabilité, en veillant à ce que les processus analytiques et les cadres de reporting évoluent avec l’activité.

- Influencer la prise de décisions stratégiques en intégrant l'analytique dans les processus clés de l’entreprise, tels que la fixation des objectifs, les OKR (objectifs et résultats clés) et la mesure des performances.


VOUS ÊTES UNE PERSONNE AVEC :

- Plus de 6 ans d’expérience dans la construction d'équipes analytiques solides et efficaces, avec un historique avéré de génération de valeur incrémentale par la prise de décisions basées sur les données.

- Maîtrise des outils de visualisation et d’analyse de données tels que Tableau, Looker ou Power BI.

- Une expérience approfondie dans l’utilisation d'outils d'analyse produit (tels que Google Analytics et FullStory) pour analyser les parcours utilisateurs, identifier les points de friction et les opportunités.

- Compétences avancées en SQL, ainsi qu’une bonne maîtrise d’autres langages pertinents (par exemple, Python et R), et la capacité d’utiliser des techniques de modélisation statistique pour des analyses approfondies et d’autres outils analytiques (Dataiku, Alteryx) pour manipuler et analyser de grandes sources de données variées.

- Compréhension des principes UX et de la conception produit et de la manière dont ils influencent les indicateurs de succès et les performances globales de l’entreprise.

- Capacité prouvée à influencer des équipes interfonctionnelles et à conduire des décisions basées sur les données.

- Excellentes compétences en communication et en narration de données, avec la capacité de présenter des résultats complexes de manière claire et exploitable.

- Une expérience dans les secteurs du eCommerce, du commerce de détail, de la fidélité ou du marketing digital est un atout.

- Capacité à performer dans un environnement dynamique et sous pression, où les priorités changent fréquemment et doivent être réajustées.

- Un solide sens des affaires avec une expérience dans la traduction de questions commerciales clés en analyses structurées et en présentations partagées avec l’entreprise.

- Diplôme de baccalauréat ou de maîtrise en Data Science, Marketing, Statistiques, Business Analytics ou un domaine connexe.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Senior Marketing Analytics Manager will be responsible for developing and scaling the analytics function within our Hospitality business unit, enabling data-driven decision-making and driving growth through performance measurement, optimization, and strategic insights.


This role is hands-on and entrepreneurial, requiring a self-starter who can work cross-functionally to identify opportunities, define success metrics, and establish best practices for measuring, optimizing, and growing the business. You will work closely with marketing, product, and data teams to build a scalable analytics infrastructure, uncover revenue-driving insights, and champion a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement.


This role does not have direct reports but requires strong influence across teams to drive adoption of data-driven decision-making at scale.


WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

- Build and lead the analytics function within the Hospitality business unit, developing the strategy, processes, tools, and best practices for measuring and optimizing marketing and revenue performance.

- Establish a scalable analytics infrastructure, ensuring data is accurate, accessible, and actionable for performance tracking, optimization, and decision-making.

- Partner with marketing, product, and data engineering teams to identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities for growth, optimization, and experimentation.

- Define and socialize key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics across marketing channels, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving adoption across teams.

- Develop and implement test-and-learn strategies to continuously improve marketing performance, customer engagement, and revenue generation.

- Act as the primary analytics storyteller, transforming complex data into clear, compelling insights that influence strategy, investment, and execution.

- Work closely with analysts and data scientists to leverage predictive modeling, segmentation, and advanced analytics to uncover new opportunities.

- Champion automation and scalability, ensuring analytics processes and reporting frameworks evolve with the business.

- Shape strategic decision-making by embedding analytics into key business processes, including target-setting, OKRs, and performance measurement.


YOU ARE SOMEONE WITH:

- 6+ years of experience in building strong, effective analytics teams with a proven track record of generating incremental value by making data driven decisions

- Proficiency in data visualization and analytics tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.

- Thorough experience leveraging product analytics tools (such as Google Analytics & FullStory) for analyzing user journeys, identifying friction points, and opportunity areas.

- Advanced abilities in SQL, along with requisite knowledge in other relevant languages (eg. Python and R), as well as an ability to use statistical modeling techniques for robust analysis and other analytical tools (Dataiku, Alteryx) to manipulate and analyze large and varied data sources

- Understanding of UX and product design principles and how they impact success metrics and overall business performance.

- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive data-backed decision-making.

- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to present complex findings in a clear and actionable manner.

- Experience working in eCommerce, retail, Loyalty or digital marketing industries is preferred.

- Ability to perform in a fast paced, deadline driven environment where priorities are often changing and need to be rebalanced.

- A strong business acumen with solid experience translating key business questions into well-structured analysis and presentations shared back to the business

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Data Science, Marketing, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
