À PROPOS DU RÔLE :

Plusgrade est à la recherche d’un gestionnaire de produit principal, expérimenté et motivé, pour diriger le développement et l'exécution de notre stratégie de produit IA dans un domaine clé. Ce rôle sera essentiel pour façonner l'avenir des capacités AI de Plusgrade, avec un focus sur l’évolution du produit initial en une solution sophistiquée alimentée par l'AI.


CE QUE VOUS FEREZ :


Stratégie et planification de produit :


- Définir, rédiger et conduire l’alignement sur le plan à 3 ans pour une ou plusieurs solutions alimentées par l’IA

- Créer des plans opérationnels / feuilles de route pour les jalons et les ressources

- Collaborer avec les équipes de science des données, les équipes de produit, ainsi que les équipes de vente et de marketing pour une évolution continue vers la prise de décision autonome


Gestion des parties prenantes :


- Collaborer efficacement avec une large gamme de parties prenantes, y compris les équipes de produit, d’ingénierie, de science des données, juridiques / politiques, ainsi que de vente et de marketing, pour garantir l'alignement des plans


Focus sur le client :


- Comprendre les besoins et les opportunités des clients et des consommateurs, et identifier comment les solutions alimentées par l’IA peuvent répondre à ces besoins et opportunités

- Garantir que la solution réponde aux besoins des clients, en menant la communication avec les clients pour s’assurer qu’ils peuvent bénéficier de la solution


Documentation et prise de décision :


- Utiliser des documents écrits pour prendre des décisions, en assurant clarté, transparence et alignement au sein des équipes

- Créer et maintenir une documentation produit complète, y compris des plans de produits, des documents de spécifications et des rapports d’avancement


Analyse externe :


- Rester informé sur les opportunités de l’IA appliquée grâce aux actualités, à l’académie et à d’autres industries qui pourraient faire progresser la performance de nos solutions

- Identifier et évaluer les menaces potentielles pour la solution alimentée par l’AI, y compris les pressions concurrentielles, les avancées technologiques et l’évolution des besoins des clients, et les intégrer dans la planification du produit


VOUS ÊTES UNE PERSONNE AVEC :


- Plus de 5 ans d’expérience en gestion de produit, avec un historique de succès dans la définition et le lancement de produits réussis dans des environnements technologiques complexes

- Une bonne compréhension des concepts et des technologies de l’AI est un atout, mais non requis

- Une expérience de travail avec et de gestion d’équipes interfonctionnelles, y compris les équipes de produit, d’ingénierie, de science des données et de marketing

- Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et verbale, avec la capacité de créer des documents clairs et concis pour prendre des décisions

- Une forte orientation client et la capacité de traduire les besoins des clients en exigences produit

- Une expérience dans le domaine du voyage ou de la fidélisation n'est pas nécessaire

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Plusgrade is seeking an experienced and driven Senior Product Manager to lead the development and execution of our AI product strategy within a key product area. This role will be critical in shaping the future of Plusgrade’s AI capabilities, with a focus on evolving the initial product into a sophisticated AI-powered solution.


WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:


Product Strategy and Planning:

- Define, write, and drive alignment on the 3 year plan for one or more  AI-driven solutions

- Create operational plans / roadmaps for milestones and resourcing

- Partner with data science teams, product teams, and sales and marketing teams for continuous evolution toward autonomous decision-making


Stakeholder Management:

- Effectively collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, including Product, Engineering, Data Science, Legal/Policy, Sales, and Marketing, to ensure alignment on plans  


Customer Focus:

- Understand customer and consumer needs and opportunities, and identify how the AI-driven solution(s) can address those needs and opportunities

- Ensure the solution meets customer needs, leading in communication with customers to ensure customers can achieve benefits from the solution


Documentation and Decision-Making:

- Utilize written docs to drive decisions, ensuring clarity, transparency, and alignment across teams

- Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including product plans, requirements documents, and progress reports  


External Analysis:

- Stay informed about opportunities in applied AI from news, academia, and other industries that could advance our solutions’ performance  

- Identify and assess potential threats to the AI-driven solution, including competitive pressures, technological advancements, and changing customer needs, and incorporate into product planning


YOU ARE SOMEONE WITH:

- 5+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of success in defining and launching successful products in complex technology environments.

- Strong understanding of AI concepts and technologies is a plus, but not required. 

- Experience working with and managing cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Marketing. 

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear and concise documentation to drive decisions. 

- Strong customer focus and ability to translate customer needs into product requirements.

- Experience in travel or loyalty is not required.
