Presbyterian Healthcare is hiring for a Clinical Education Tech and Data Analyst II to work to collaborate supporting the clinical development needs of staff, residency Fellowship, and student programs throughout the PHS enterprise by providing data management, reports, e-learning, project coordination, application support, and research

Bachelor's degree + 3 years experience

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree required in healthcare operations, analytics, e-learning development, instructional design, business management, and/or information technology. 6 years of additional experience can be substituted in lieu of degree. 3 years of experience in healthcare operations, analytics, e-learning development, academic coordination, and or information technology.

 

Responsibilities

  • Conducts data gathering, reporting and analysis of complex outcomes and processes data to assist in identifying needs for target audiences
  • Creates optimal, budget-conscious tracking, and reporting workflows to achieve performance objectives
  • Drives the implementation of projects and tracking key data points in collaboration with management and team members
  • Builds the collection, analysis, and reports to provide to the CPDS and CPDS Residency teams and management on the educational program effectiveness
  • Incorporates best practices for data cleaning, data mining, and visualization and reporting techniques
