Senior Marketing Specialist

With Prodigy, kids practice standards-aligned skills in Math and English as they play our fun, adaptive learning games. All with teacher and parent tools to support their learning in class and at home.

As the Senior Marketing Associate, you will play a key role in supporting Prodigy’s teacher-focused marketing initiatives, in particular Prodigy’s National Championship Competition. This role includes managing the execution of marketing campaigns, coordinating the logistics for the National Championship, and optimizing processes to deliver engaging experiences for teachers. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution, from prizing distribution to campaign implementation.

Your Impact

Teacher Engagement Campaigns

  • Support the execution of teacher-focused marketing campaigns, primarily email based, ensuring alignment with Prodigy’s broader marketing objectives.

  • Assist in the creation and implementation of integrated marketing initiatives for teacher engagement and reengagement, including seasonal, product, and program launches.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline workflows, ensuring campaigns and projects meet deadlines and quality standards.

National Championship Coordination

  • Manage the program logistics for the National Championship Competition, ensuring smooth execution and delivery.

  • Oversee and optimize the process for prizing distribution, including working with vendors to procure prizing, tracking inventory, ensuring timely delivery to winners and adherence to budget.

  • Facilitate winner disclosures, coordinating announcements and ensuring compliance with relevant guidelines.

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders—including Product, Customer Marketing, and Design teams—to align efforts and drive project success.

  • Act as a point of contact for coordinating campaign components across teams.

Performance Tracking and Reporting

  • Track project and campaign performance, providing updates and insights to stakeholders.

  • Assist in gathering and analyzing data to inform recommendations for future campaigns.

About You

  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing coordination, project management, or a related field, preferably in education, tech, or mission-driven organizations.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Experience working with email platforms preferred.

  • Experience working with external vendors and managing logistics or distribution processes is a plus.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • A data-driven mindset, with the ability to track performance metrics and suggest optimizations.

  • Enthusiasm for education and a passion for supporting teachers as a core audience.
