About the Opportunity

We’re not recruiting for a one-off role, we’re building long-term relationships with independent contractors who align with our purpose, approach, and standards of excellence.

As a Contract Change Advisor, you’ll work alongside clients to drive successful change initiatives, embedding capability and supporting individuals, teams, and leaders to navigate transformation effectively.

Your work may include:

  • Applying the Prosci ADKAR® Model and change management tools
  • Coaching change teams and project sponsors
  • Facilitating Change Maturity Assessments and Strategic Alignment Workshops
  • Designing and delivering communications, training, and engagement plans
  • Advising on change readiness, resistance management, and stakeholder engagement

Who We’re Looking For

We’re keen to hear from professionals who:

  • Have a background in public service, education, or enterprise environments
  • Are trained or certified in the Prosci Change Management Methodology (although not required)
  • Are confident engaging with stakeholders across all levels, including senior leaders
  • Have their own consultancy or are looking to work as independent contractors
  • Are comfortable with both in-person and virtual delivery using platforms like MS Teams, Zoom, and Microsoft 365
