Senior Product Marketer

Become the first Product Marketer at Pylon.

We're a startup based in San Francisco backed by a16z, General Catalyst, and Y Combinator.

We're building the next-generation customer support platform.

We're growing exceptionally fast. In two years we've gone from 0 to 396 customers with current pipeline almost all inbound.

Our market is massive. We compete with giants like Salesforce Service Cloud ($8.3B/yr) and Zendesk ($1.3B/yr).

Your job is to become the Pylon product expert and help educate the prospects and customers on how it works.

The Product

  • We're building the first customer support platform built for B2B companies

  • We fully replace support platforms like Zendesk, Intercom, Salesforce Service Cloud

  • Our customers are early-stage B2B tech companies

  • Checkout the demo video on our website (usepylon.com) or our docs (docs.usepylon.com)

Your Immediate Projects

  1. Post product updates 5x/week on LinkedIn & X (example)

  2. Write case studies

  3. Create product guides, blog posts

  4. Kickstart Pylon Academy

  5. Manage our product documentation

  6. Manage our marketing site

  7. (loose) Assist with sales collateral

About Us

  • Full team is 20+ people and growing quickly

  • You'd be under the GTM team which consists of 2 AEs, 1 growth marketer, and 1 founder

  • Located in-person in San Francisco (690 5th st)

  • Series A, $20M raised to date

Requirements

  • You've done the role before and can work autonomously

  • You're a clear and concise writer

  • Be able to write in a startup-friendly, "non-corporate" and "non-marketing" tone

  • 2+ years product marketing experience

  • 2+ years working at a B2B SaaS startup

  • Located in the SF and excited to work in-person 5x / week

  • Excited about working at an early stage startup
