Are you ready to make a significant impact at Pylon as our first Senior Product Marketer? Based in the vibrant city of San Francisco, Pylon is a fast-growing startup backed by prominent investors like a16z, General Catalyst, and Y Combinator. Our mission? To revolutionize the customer support platform designed specifically for B2B companies. In just two years, we’ve managed to grow our customer base from zero to an impressive 396, thanks to an innate product-market fit and an almost entirely inbound pipeline. As the Senior Product Marketer, you will hone your expertise in our unique platform, educating both prospects and current customers about its functionality and benefits. You’ll be diving into immediate projects, such as posting engaging product updates on social media five times a week, writing compelling case studies, crafting insightful product guides and blog posts, and launching our Pylon Academy. You'll also get the chance to manage our product documentation and marketing site, ensuring a smooth customer journey. As part of a close-knit team of just over 20 people, you will collaborate directly with the Go-To-Market team, helping shape the narrative around our innovative solutions that aim to take on established players like Zendesk and Salesforce.
