A propos du poste

Rejoignez un leader mondial de l'intelligence artificielle et de l'édition juridique ! Au sein de l'équipe en charge de la Stratégie (business development, market planning, pricing, M&A…) pour l'Europe Continentale, le Moyen Orient et l'Afrique, vous définissez et mettez en œuvre la stratégie tarifaire de LexisNexis pour la zone Moyen Orient, Europe (hors France, Autriche et Royaume-Uni) et Afrique de l'Ouest.

Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec la Pricing Manager France et le VP Strategy CEMEA, ainsi qu'avec les équipes Stratégie, Commerce, Marketing, Finance, Opérations clients, etc.

L'ambition du pricing est de créer et développer des sources de valeur et avantages compétitifs pour LexisNexis.

Votre mission principale consiste à élaborer et mettre en œuvre la stratégie tarifaire pour l'Europe continentale (hors France et Autriche), le Moyen Orient, l'Afrique du Nord et de l'Ouest :

Missions principales:

  • Collaborer avec les équipes locales pour créer ou adapter les grilles tarifaires selon les spécificités locales.

  • Contribuer à définir et piloter la politique de remises.

  • Proposer, mettre en œuvre et analyser les résultats des offres commerciales et campagnes promotionnelles.

  • Piloter les dérogations commerciales.

  • Gérer la base tarifaire et identifier des opportunités de croissance. Mettre en place une stratégie et un processus de révision annuelle des tarifs, favorisant la croissance et la fidélité client.

  • Introduire des bundles entre les produits favorisant le cross-sell.

  • Suivre l’attrition et formuler des recommandations sur la stratégie d’optimisation de la valeur tout au long de la vie du client.

Par ailleurs, vous aurez à :

  • Développer des outils de pilotage et de reporting en s'appuyant sur les outils internes (Salesforce, Tableau, etc.).

  • Optimiser la communication interne sur la stratégie de tarification et d'offres commerciales.

  • Effectuer une veille tarifaire, concurrentielle et sectorielle (offres, tarifs, nouveaux produits/services, utilisation de l'IA).

  • Contribuer à la communauté des experts du pricing de LexisNexis (France, UK, US, Afrique du Sud, Asie, etc.), favoriser l'échange de bonnes pratiques et les collaborations internationales. 

Compétences requises:

  • Vous aimez travailler dans une société en croissance, internationale, et associant les meilleures technologies numériques et des contenus juridiques qui permettent aux juristes du monde entier de faire vivre l'Etat de Droit.

  • Vous avez déjà acquis une première expérience pertinente dans des fonctions comparables ou dans le conseil en stratégie, en management ou en pricing.

  • Vous maîtrisez totalement la suite Office, en véritable Excel-guru… Et vous avez envie de transformer la tarification avec des outils plus modernes comme l'IA.

  • Anglais indispensable.
