Job Title: Shopify listing & Customer Service Representative

We’re hiring a detail-oriented and experienced professional to assist with uploading products on Shopify and supporting our customer service operations. If you’re skilled in managing Shopify stores and have excellent communication skills, we’d love to hear from you!

Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm EST

Job Responsibilities:

  • Upload product images, pricing, titles, and descriptions on Shopify
  • Manage product listings and ensure accuracy in details
  • Handle customer inquiries via email and phone
  • Provide top-notch customer service by addressing customer questions, concerns, and feedback
  • Assist with maintaining organized Excel and Word files
  • Experience with Shopify – familiarity with uploading products and managing listings
  • Customer Service Experience – responding to customer emails and phone calls is a plus
  • Proficiency in Word and Excel
