What You'll Do
  • 🔍 Identify Talent: Use your recruiting expertise to source, attract, and connect with top sales professionals who will drive the success of Restaurant365.
  • 🤝 Build Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with candidates, understanding their career aspirations and matching them with opportunities at Restaurant365.
  • 🎯 Drive Hiring Success: Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for sales roles, from initial contact to offer acceptance, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all candidates.
  • 📊 Stay Data-Driven: Utilize data and insights to refine your recruiting strategies, keeping Restaurant365 ahead of the competition in acquiring the best talent.

  • Recruiting Expert: You have a proven track record in recruiting top sales talent, with a deep understanding of the sales landscape.
  • Relationship Builder: Your people skills are unmatched, and you excel at creating strong connections with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Data-Savvy: You’re comfortable using data to inform your recruiting strategies and make impactful decisions.


Compensation & Benefits
  • This position has a salary range of $80,000-$90,000. The above range represents the expected salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic location. Restaurant365 focuses on equitable pay for our team and aims for transparency with our pay practices.
