The role - your passion

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • You lead the exterior and interior cleaning of our campers 

  • You explain and hand over our campers to the customers 

  • You put a smile on our customers' faces when they pick up and return their camper and make their roadsurfer journey unforgettable

  • You manage the payment processes and check in rental payments and collect security deposits

  • You support our station team with all daily tasks and make sure that our #happyroadsurfers leave the yard happy

  • You work hand in hand with the Station Manager on the daily operations and customer satisfaction

  • You are a self-starter and able to lead the team and station operations in the absence of the Station Manager


What you need to surf the wave with us

  • You know the value in being brutally hands-on to get the job done and lead a hand to support the business needs

  • Experience in providing customers with world class customer service

  • Valid Washington State driving license.

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.

  • Due to insurance qualifications, you must be at least 21 years of age or older.

WORK CONDITIONS

  • Anticipated Station Hours: Monday through Sunday 9am – 6pm with open availability on weekends mandatory

  • Job Type: Hourly, Full Time-Pay Range: $23-$27

  • Working mostly outdoors

  • Ability to lift and move at least 25lbs+
