THE ROLE
The Data Systems Analyst reports to the Director of Operations and Finance and plays a crucial role in building and maintaining our data solutions. In this position, you'll create and manage data collection tools, develop reports, and provide insights that drive decision-making across our organization and client projects. You'll work closely with our project teams to understand their needs and develop practical, user-friendly solutions that make data more accessible and actionable.
This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys combining technical skills with creative problem-solving to build practical solutions. Whether it's crafting a sophisticated Google Sheets template, designing an Airtable base, or creating interactive dashboards, you'll help our team and clients better understand and use their data.
This position can be based from a home office anywhere in the U.S., with 10-20% travel expected for project work, team retreats, and other events.
