As the Head of Cardiology, you will take charge of ensuring excellence in postgraduate training, particularly overseeing our ACVIM cardiology residency program and mentoring the next generation of veterinary cardiologists. The position calls for a DVM or equivalent degree, with clinical or basic science research experience being highly preferred. Collaborating opportunities in research not only exist within AMC, but also with prestigious institutions such as Cornell University College of Veterinary Medicine and NYU. You can look forward to working with state-of-the-art equipment, including a GE Vivid 9 ultrasound system and a dedicated interventional radiology catheterization laboratory.
