The Component Supplier Quality Assurance Engineer (SQE) is responsible for ensuring that SEAKR’s supply chain is consistently able to provide high-quality, reliable components for aerospace applications. This person will participate in supplier quality audits, performs source inspections, audits supplier quality management systems, and tracks supplier performance. The SQE plays a critical role in SEAKR’s Product Assurance department, ensuring that flowed-down electrical component requirements are properly executed and can resolve potential supplier quality issues. The SQE reports to the Manager of the Supplier Quality Engineering Group.

Compensation: Base pay range is $80,000- 120,000 depending on qualifications. SEAKR has very rich medical, dental and vision insurance plans, along with a generous 401(k) retirement plan. In addition to base salary, employees are eligible for a year-end bonus. SEAKR offers a variety of paid leave, such as vacation, sick, bereavement, and FMLA.

Your expertise will help maintain strong supplier relationships, analyze defects, and lead continuous improvement initiatives. This role demands strong communication skills, technical aptitude, and the ability to work as part of a multi-functional team. With at least 5 years of experience in product assurance and a Bachelor’s degree in a related engineering field, you'll be well-prepared for the challenges ahead.
