Implementations Manager

The Role

Singular seeks an experienced Implementation Manager to drive technical excellence for our mid market clients. As an Implementation Manager, you will guide clients through a structured onboarding journey, from initial account creation to technical onboarding completion through handoff to the customer success and support teams. This role demands a unique blend of deep product understanding, technical acumen in web and mobile SDK technologies, APIs, and analytics platforms. You'll serve as the primary technical advisor for global clients while collaborating extensively with internal teams to shape product direction and deliver outstanding customer outcomes.
