Customer Service Executive (Live Chat, Remote, 8AM - 5PM PT)

Responsibilities: Communicate knowledge of all products to customers to support customers to choose the most suitable product and order products; Provide high-level customer service and responded to service inquires, follow up on customer interactions; Co-ordinate with other function e.g (Operation, Finance, Product,) … to solve the on-going issues; Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process as well as company products and service.
