You'll be part of the Sales Mid-Market Team, reporting directly to the Sales Manager Mid-Market, working alongside a dynamic and ambitious team. Your mission? Drive new business and expand relationships with existing accounts by delivering value-driven sales strategies.
â Own and develop your portfolio â Youâll manage a set of mid-market accounts, identifying opportunities to generate new business and expand existing relationships across our 6 innovative solutions.
â Be a consultative seller â Understand clients' challenges and provide tailored solutions that maximize the impact of Skeepersâ technology.
â Drive revenue growth â Manage sales cycles of 3 to 6 months, closing deals ranging from âŹ30K to âŹ70K, while consistently meeting and exceeding your targets.
â Work with a strong support system â Collaborate with SDRs, BDRs, Pre-Sales, and Bid Management teams to craft compelling proposals and ensure seamless execution.
â Engage with key stakeholders â Build relationships with decision-makers in Marketing, Customer Experience, and Digital teams to drive strategic conversations.
â Manage the full sales cycle â From prospecting and qualifying leads to negotiation and closing, youâll be responsible for every step of the process.
â You are a deal closer â You have a strong track record in consultative selling, understanding client needs, and driving revenue growth.
â You have experience selling SaaS solutions, ideally in Martech, Customer Experience (CX), or related fields.
â You are comfortable managing mid-market sales cycles between 3 to 6 months, with deal sizes ranging from âŹ30K to âŹ70K.
â You are a top performer â Youâve met or exceeded your sales targets in the past two years.
â You are a team player â Success at Skeepers is built on collaboration, so you know how to work cross-functionally.
3-5 years of experience in an Account Executive and/or Account Manager role.
Mastery of consultative selling methodologies.
Proven experience in new business development and account management.
Fluency in both English and French â Youâll work with global clients.
A results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding targets.
Strong analytical skills to assess opportunities and make data-driven decisions.
