We’re seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to own and scale Sprig’s paid acquisition channels while supporting the broader marketing team across digital marketing, in-person and virtual events, and lifecycle initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to be a high-impact, early member of the marketing team at Sprig. Reporting directly to our Head of Marketing, you’ll play a key role in driving qualified pipeline through paid channels and expanding your marketing skillset across a variety of functions.
Manage day-to-day execution and optimization of paid acquisition campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other key digital channels.
Continuously test and iterate on ad copy, landing pages, audiences, and budget allocation to improve campaign performance.
Analyze and report on paid media performance with insights and recommendations.
Support broader marketing programs such as virtual events, lifecycle campaigns, and integrated campaign launches.
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product marketing, and lifecycle teams.
2–3 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or paid acquisition, ideally in a B2B SaaS setting.
Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and performance optimization.
Analytical mindset and comfort working with campaign data to uncover insights.
Collaborative, curious, and eager to grow across multiple areas of marketing.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

The base salary range for this full-time position is $90,000-$110,000 + Equity + Benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all locations (San Francisco, CA; New York, NY).
