About the Role

Springbot is seeking a talented and innovative Graphic Designer to join our creative team for part-time/contract design work. As part of our Springbot Studio division, you'll work with mid-market to enterprise clients to deliver compelling visual solutions that drive real business growth. We're looking for someone who can blend creativity with strategic thinking to create designs that have impact—or, as we like to say, "products that have teeth."

In this role, you'll collaborate with our growing, agile team of designers and developers to craft brand identities, digital campaigns, web designs, and marketing assets that connect with the right audiences and deliver measurable results for our clients.

What You'll Do

  • Design and deliver high-quality creative work across diverse fields, including branding, web design, digital ads, social media content, presentations, print collateral, event marketing, and more
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, delivering high-quality projects with rapid turnaround times by employing nimble workflows and resourceful problem-solving skills
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional quality standards and meeting tight deadlines
  • Work strategically to understand client objectives, asking the right questions to fully grasp project briefs and business goals
  • Collaborate remotely with our globally distributed teams, including Creative Directors, Developers, and Project Managers
  • Integrate AI design tools like Claude, MidJourney, DALL·E, and Adobe Firefly into your workflow to enhance creativity and efficiency
  • Experiment with new design technologies and methodologies to keep Springbot at the forefront of creative innovation

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • A strong portfolio showcasing exceptional design skills across branding, digital ads, web design, and creative concepts
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva
  • An eagerness to experiment with and master new and emerging design tools
  • Experience with AI design tools like MidJourney, DALL·E, Runway, or Adobe Firefly
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and articulate creative concepts effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Creative Arts, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience—we strongly encourage talented designers with outstanding portfolios to apply regardless of formal education)
  • Previous experience in a creative role at a Design as a Service (DaaS) provider, agency, or in-house design team
  • A proactive mindset, capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a collaborative approach
