At the St. Luke’s Boise mother-baby unit, we provide family-centered maternity care, focusing on low- to high-risk maternal postpartum patients and well newborns. We have 32 rooms for parents and babies to start their bonding journey together. Our staff is focused on the patient experience and thorough education. We strive for high reliability and are always looking for ways to improve patient safety.
We have a dedicated staff of nearly 100 professionals, including RNs, CNAs, health unit coordinators and birth certificate clerks as well as a robust lactation team who provides support both day and night.

In this full-time position, you will be on the night shift (1900-0730) for three 12-hour shifts each week, performing vital patient care activities and providing support that enhances comfort and well-being. Plus, with shift differential pay and eligibility for tuition reimbursement, we support your professional growth while you care for our communities.
