Overview

Our team of Certified Nursing Assistants play a crucial role in providing essential care and support to patients.

 

At the St. Luke’s Boise mother-baby unit, we provide family-centered maternity care, focusing on low- to high-risk maternal postpartum patients and well newborns. We have 32 rooms for parents and babies to start their bonding journey together. Our staff is focused on the patient experience and thorough education. We strive for high reliability and are always looking for ways to improve patient safety.

 

We have a dedicated staff of nearly 100 professionals, including RNs, CNAs, health unit coordinators and birth certificate clerks as well as a robust lactation team who provides support both day and night.

   

What you can expect from this role

  • Full time position available in the Boise Mother Baby department 
  • Full Time Nights (1900-0730) - 3 x 12 hour shifts per week
  • Perform various patient care activities and related nonprofessional services necessary in caring for the personal needs and comfort of patients.
  • Shift differential pay offered
  • Eligible to apply for tuition reimbursment to pursue nursing education

Qualifications

  • Education: No Education Required
  • Experience: 0 years' experience
  • Licenses/Certifications: Current CNA Certification in the State of Practice and Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross.
