In this role, you’ll provide exceptional customer support in the blockchain sector through calls, chats, and emails. Your goal will be to build positive and long-lasting relationships with customers while meeting team KPIs and keeping up-to-date with cutting-edge technology. You’ll work securely with sensitive customer information and utilize the latest customer happiness practices, while also maintaining a solid understanding of our client’s products and services. Communication is key, so you’ll collaborate closely with developers and other departments across IT companies. To succeed in this exciting role, you will need excellent English and Russian language skills (C1 level for both), previous customer service experience, and strong analytical and research abilities. A personal laptop with at least 8GB of RAM and a stable internet connection are also required. If you have a strong interest in financial technologies or prior experience in the industry, that would be a great plus.
