Your expertise in the Vegetable Seeds sector will shine as you provide exceptional service and product knowledge, acting as the vital link between our customers and our dedicated Syngenta teams. You'll dive into developing tailored annual trial plans aimed at showcasing new varieties that truly meet our customers’ needs, tackling any challenges they present along the way. On top of implementing effective sales action plans to reach those annual budgets, your days will be spent in the field—up to 80% of the time—working hands-on with the crops. If you hold a B.S. in Agronomy, Horticulture, or a related field and have a solid background in the vegetable seed industry, we would love to see how your skills match our goals.
