Data Scientist

As a Data Scientist at our company, your main responsibilities will include writing SQL queries and Python code to manipulate large datasets, creating visual representations for executive reports, and developing dashboards for daily operations. You'll also analyze customer touchpoints within the Contact Center, identify trends, and correlate omnichannel data for KPI tracking to help drive decisions based on deep insights.

To be considered for the Data Scientist role at our company, you should have a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university, combined with at least 2 years of experience in an analytical position. Advanced knowledge in SQL and Python is essential, along with familiarity in building data models and conducting data validation. While not mandatory, experience with Power BI, Azure Data Lake, or Databricks will certainly give you an edge.
