Graphic Designer (Technical Digital Illustrator)
TeleSoftas is seeking additional support for our design team and offering a temporary position for a Graphic Designer (Technical Digital Illustrator).
In this role, you'll be collaborating with one of our valued clients, Haven, the UK's leading leisure company. Each year, Haven welcomes over 4 million guests and 25,000 owners to its 40 holiday parks. Our project mission is to enhance their experience by providing digital maps of the parks they’re staying in.
A project team is already in place, along with an existing template, and we’d love for you to join us in illustrating the remaining maps alongside other talented illustrators.
Challenges You’ll Tackle:
- Redraw and refine complex vector maps (from Google Maps photos), ensuring accuracy and attention to detail, following the style and standards of an already created map example
- Maintain consistent styling, scale, and design standards across multiple maps
- Collaborate with the team to incorporate feedback and implement revisions
- Ensure all work aligns with the project’s design guidelines and requirements
- Manage project timelines and deliver high-quality outputs on schedule
The Skills for Success:
- 2-3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or similar
- Proven experience with Adobe Illustrator
- Advanced skills in creating, editing, and managing vector graphics
- Attention to detail: Ability to work with intricate designs while ensuring precision and consistency
- Systemic mindset: Capability to work effectively with layers and grouped elements for organizing large, varied datasets of vector objects, ensuring accuracy and high-quality results
- Strong communication skills: Proactive in collaborating with teams and stakeholders to resolve challenges
- Proficient in English (written and spoken)

- Excellence at time management and meeting deadlines across multiple projects
- Responsibility, with strong self-organization and accountability
