Who We Are
The Concord Group guides real estate developers, investors, and institutions through critical investment and development decisions. We’re not a brokerage - we’re independent advisors who combine rigorous analysis with practical insight to help clients navigate complex choices and shape the cities, neighborhoods, and communities we live and work in.
What You’ll Do
As an Associate Consultant at TCG, you’ll collaborate with industry experts to solve real estate and investment challenges. Your work will influence multi-million-dollar development projects, institutional strategies, and decisions that shape communities. You will dive deep into data to uncover insights, identify patterns, and synthesize findings into clear, visually compelling exhibits and presentations.
On any given day, you might:
· Develop insights by working with large datasets and qualitative research to craft actionable recommendations.
· Travel around the country to project sites to explore neighborhoods, visit competitive properties, and meet with local experts - uncovering the on-the-ground insights that data alone can’t provide.
· Collaborate with your team, partnering with senior leaders and researchers to refine strategies and deliver impactful work.
· Engage with clients in high-level discussions and contribute to presentations.
Who You Are
We are looking for high-caliber, driven, and dynamic problem-solvers - people who thrive in fast-paced environments and want to make an impact from day one. Our most successful consultants are:
· Interested & Interesting – you are curious about the world and able to bring fresh perspectives to our work.
· Inventive– you don’t just analyze problems - you generate solutions.
· Competitive – you bring a drive to win, a strong sense of ownership, and a history of pushing yourself to excel, whether in academics, extracurriculars, work, or leadership roles.
· Authentic – you bring confidence without ego and stay open to feedback, learning, and growth
· Dedicated – you want to be part of a high-performing team and are willing to put in the effort to grow.
What You’ll Gain
· Management Consulting Experience – develop a high-level, strategic skillset applicable beyond real estate.
· Accelerated Career Growth – high performers quickly take on more responsibility, with the potential to advance rapidly.
· Direct Exposure to Decision-Makers – work with some of the biggest names in real estate and private equity.
· A Dynamic Team Culture – be part of a competitive, collaborative, and energetic team that values both hard work and camaraderie.
Who Should Apply?
We welcome candidates from all academic backgrounds who can demonstrate the qualities above. We are particularly interested in individuals who:
· Have work or leadership experience that reflects drive, initiative, and problem-solving ability.
· Thrive in a fast-paced environment with intellectual rigor.
· Want to work in strategy, advisory, and consulting, rather than in a traditional real estate role.
· Have a genuine passion for how the built environment impacts people’s lives - whether that shows up in your reading habits, your curiosity about neighborhoods, or your desire to shape the future of urban development.
Compensation & Benefits
· Competitive base salary + performance-based bonus
· Health, dental, and vision insurance
· Profit Sharing / 401K
· Professional development & mentorship from senior leadership
· Hybrid work environment
To apply please complete the Workable application with your cover letter, resume, and an unofficial transcript (with your name on it). Please upload the resume and transcript as a single file. Applications without the required documentation will not be considered.
