Overview:
As an industrial engineer intern at Wonderful Citrus, you will focus primarily on the sorting and packing side of the operation. The focus will be on identifying areas of opportunity and developing comprehensive in-house solutions. Simultaneously, you will learn about the farming and business side of our operations with a goal to navigate various aspects of the business when developing engineering solutions to best understand their impact. Finally, you will work with data to identify trends and build metrics of success. This data will help determine which areas are in need of engineering solutions to improve the operation.
