Demand Generation Specialist

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive demand generation strategies to drive lead acquisition and conversion.
  • Manage and co-create multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email marketing, content marketing, social media, SEO, SEM, and paid advertising.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals and ensure a seamless lead handoff process.
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences and develop buyer personas.
  • Create and manage a content calendar to support demand generation efforts.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools to nurture leads and drive engagement.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Manage the demand generation budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources.


About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent field required. Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing demand generation campaigns.
  • Experience working with cross functional teams.
  • Excellent project management skills with ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships at all levels within organization.
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
