About The Roll*
The Third Party Ordering and Delivery teams help restaurants take control of order volume across multiple online ordering channels with in-store solutions powered by data. With a mission to improve order efficiency and accuracy, this team enables restaurants to increase sales, reduce waste and deliver an amazing experience to guests in an increasingly competitive marketplace.
 
We’re looking for a motivated Associate Product Designer who is enthusiastic to learn, always asks questions, owns the quality of their work, and collaborates at every opportunity. This individual will grow their skills with guidance from a mentor while working on intuitive experiences that make a difference and “Do right by the customer.” We seek a teammate devoted to our mission; helping restaurants do what they love and thrive.
 
The right ingredients* (Requirements)
  • 1-2 years of experience in a product design role.
  • Proficient in designing for responsive web and native mobile platforms including wireframes, user journey maps, prototypes and detailed designs.
  • Ability to work with UI components to create pixel perfect experiences.
  • Experience using Figma and other prototyping and design collaboration tools.
  • Enough user research fluency to plan and conduct research that generates actionable insights.
  • Understand how to conduct design reviews to obtain feedback and iterate on designs to improve results.
  • Anticipatory about seeking out guidance and mentorship from others.
  • Able to work in a dynamic hybrid work environment and autonomously manage tasks.

  • Previous experience designing hardware-based experiences.

The base salary range for this role is listed below. The starting salary will be determined based on skills and experience. In addition to base salary, our total rewards components include cash compensation (overtime, bonus/commissions if eligible), equity, and benefits.
Pay Range
$72,000$115,000 CAD
