What You Would Do:
  • Analyse business needs and requirements gathering in order to build large-scale fintech products: card issuing and acquiring, processing platform, digital wallet provider, and payment gateway;
  • Defining new features, tasks, possible issues, and functionalities of the products;
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to collect, document, and prioritize business needs;
  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure solutions or customer requests can be integrated into the current product. If not feasible, identify alternative approaches or workarounds to meet customer needs;
  • Present new features to stakeholders post-release to validate alignment with business needs and gather feedback.


You Have:
  • Previous work experience in IT field or a similar role;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to identify and analyze problems, and foresee potential pitfalls;
  • Team player attitude, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to analyze, isolate and interpret business needs;
  • Ability to retrieve all the required information needed to document feature requirements, and put it in writing;
  • Extreme attention to detail;
  • Proficiency in English;
  • Experience creating clear user stories and defining acceptance criteria;
  • Understanding of UML (Unified Modeling Language);
  • Ability to manage expectations, communicate complex information clearly, and maintain strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, including non-technical business units, executive stakeholders, and technical teams;
  • Skills in prioritizing and managing product backlog items based on business value, urgency, and stakeholder needs, ensuring that the most critical features are addressed first.

  • The salary range for this position is from 3306 EUR/monthly gross. The salary proposal depends on your competencies and seniority level.
