Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Director of Financial Accounting & Reporting, responsible for directing the accounting policies, procedures, and practices of the USA operations in accordance with Group and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and the Sarbanes Oxley Act (SOX). Areas of responsibility include Accounting & Financial Reporting, Payables, Payroll, Taxes and Compliance.
The Director of Financial Accounting & Reporting will play a crucial role in supporting the financial management of the company. This role is essential for maintaining the financial health of the company and providing valuable insights for decision-making.
Duties include providing timely and accurate financial information to the Group and Board of Directors and all levels of management, managing audit and tax process, cash, and ensuring appropriate systems and controls are in place for reporting, compliance under SOX and to safeguard company’s assets, managing and developing accounting staff and developing and assisting in implementing operational budgets, plans, and procedures.
Specifically, the Director of Financial Accounting & Reporting will:

The salary range for this full-time role is $200K-$220K per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only, not of a total compensation package. Please note Turner & Townsend reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range, depending on candidate’s experience and qualifications.
