Position: SDR - Senior Sales Development Representative

Salary: USD$1.5 - 2.5k / month + PTO

Working hours: 9am - 5pm EST

Company location: Canada (remote)

As a Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a pivotal role in expanding their client base by identifying, engaging, and converting key decision-makers in mid-to-large enterprises. Your primary focus will be on outbound sales via LinkedIn and email, to generate leads and schedule high-value sales meetings.

This is not a high-volume, “spray and pray” sales role. You will take and drive a strategic Account-Based Selling (ABS) approach, focusing on high-value target accounts through personalized outreach via LinkedIn and email. Your goal is to build relationships, generate leads, and schedule high-impact sales meetings that drive business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Execute personalized outreach strategies using ABS for high-value accounts, including senior marketing, sales, and communications executives via LinkedIn, email, and cold calls.

  • Focus on strategic, relevant, and engaging quality outreach, while developing targeted outbound sales campaigns.

  • Refine the sales strategy, define and identify ideal customer profiles, and tailor messaging to align with their pain points and AI-driven solutions.

  • Manage cold contact lists for optimal quality and conversion rates, drive top-of-funnel activities to secure high-value discovery calls and demos.

  • Track and analyze outreach performance to improve messaging and conversions, establish long-term relationships with key decision-makers to drive business opportunities.

  • Build curated landing pages for sales activities and provide feedback from prospects to shape product-market fit.

  • Stay updated on Generative AI trends to tailor outreach for maximum impact.
