High School Diploma/GED with four (4) years of experience in business office administration, customer service, patient registration, billing, insurance, or scheduling
OR
Associate’s degree with two (2) years of experience in business office administration, customer service, patient registration, billing, insurance, or scheduling
OR
Bachelor's Degree
Must have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills to successfully interact with individuals of diverse backgrounds.
Well-developed decision-making skills are required.
Must maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
Highly motivated and self-directed individual to establish plans of action.
Highly proficient in computer and keyboard skills.
Knowledge of medical terminology required
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with EPIC system
Experience working in a healthcare environment
