Associate Systems Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain MDM platforms, ensuring consistent performance across iOS, MacOS, VR and Android devices.
  • Support the deployment, configuration, and management of mobile devices using industry-standard MDM tools.
  • Administer and optimize Imprivata Mobile Access Management (Ground Control) 
  • Troubleshoot and resolve MDM-related issues for iOS, MacOS, and Android platforms, as well as issues related to Imprivata technologies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement device management and access policies and procedures.
  • Exercises judgment within well-defined procedures to solve moderately complex problems with a limited number of variables.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and best practices in MDM, iOS, MacOS, Android, and Imprivata technologies.
  • Has a solid foundation of knowledge and skill sets for supported platforms/products and environments.
  • Has limited project assignments that are small in scope and low in complexity.
  • Monitor and analyze device and access system performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
  • Provides exceptional customer service to CommonSpirit end users, Business Stakeholders and other members of CommonSpirit IT.
  • Perform daily production support activities.
  • Participate in team on-call rotations.
  • Initiate change management requests and adhere to the CommonSpirit IT CM process.
  • Remote eligible.

Qualifications

  • BA or BS in Computer Science, Technology, or Business discipline or equivalent experience is required.
  • 1-2 years of professional experience in an IT technical or infrastructure field is required
  • Good analytical and troubleshooting skills desired.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills desired.
  • 3+ years of experience with managing mobile devices using a MDM solution preferably Workspace ONE
  • 1 + years of experience proficiency with Apple iOS/MacOS troubleshooting technologies.
  • 1+ years of experience with application deployment using MDM
  • 1 + years of experience working in a large complex healthcare setting environment.
  • 1 + years of experience with supporting Imprivata Mobile Access Management
  • 1 + year of experience with ITIL ticketing system.
