The Inventory Technician I's primary responsibilities are to manage specific medical supply inventory levels throughout the Fred Hutch clinic.

The hourly pay range for this position is from $20.76 to $29.54 and pay offered will be based on experience and qualifications.

At Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center in Seattle, the Inventory Control Technician I plays a crucial role in managing the medical supply inventory that ensures our patients receive the best care possible. We're searching for an energetic and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic environment. In this position, you will utilize an automated inventory control system to order and restock essential medical supplies, maintaining optimal levels to support our dedicated clinical team. You’ll engage in daily restocking and make sure every item is labeled correctly and organized to maintain efficiency. Communication is key, as you’ll be collaborating with both clinical staff and supply chain management to address inventory needs and shortages. Being a team player is critical, as you may also assist in training new employees and covering for your peers when they need support. Physical stamina is important, as you’ll be required to lift items over 50 lbs and maneuver a cart loaded with up to 400 lbs.
