To qualify for the RN Surgical ICU position at Dignity Health - St. Bernardine Medical Center, you need a current California RN License, BLS and ACLS certifications, and completion of a critical care course within one year. Additionally, you should have at least one year of experience in a specialty area and be ready to complete Basic EKG training and HBOC computer training shortly after starting.
