Marketing Executive – Hands-On Generalist
Location: Loughborough
Salary: £32,000 - £40,000 per annum (depending on experience)

The Role: Marketing Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive to take ownership of the marketing strategy and execution. This role is ideal for a hands-on generalist with a passion for digital marketing, content creation, and brand development. You will play a crucial part in enhancing the company's online and offline presence while working closely with sales and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Create compelling content for websites, blogs, email marketing, and social media.
  • Manage and update website content, ensuring strong SEO performance.
  • Oversee social media accounts, creating engaging posts and scheduling content.
  • Design marketing materials, including brochures, digital ads, and promotional assets using Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
  • Organise and coordinate promotional events and product launches.
  • Track and analyse marketing performance, adjusting strategies for maximum impact.

Who We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A strong background in marketing, with experience in digital marketing, content creation, and campaign management.
  • Proficiency in SEO, social media management, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
  • Experience in website management, including CMS platforms and basic HTML knowledge.
  • Strong analytical skills to measure and improve marketing performance.
  • The ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple projects.
  • Experience in CAD planning, mood board creation, or marketing photography is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
