U.S. Bank has an exciting opportunity for a Global Industrials and Service Market Leader. This position provides direction, strategic decisions, business decisions, and overall leadership by managing a team of relationship managers focused on middle market and mid-corporate companies for a major geographical area at U.S. Bancorp. Primary focus involves expanding and servicing a variety of large and highly complex loans and treasury services to customers in a region. Takes a leadership role in all aspects of relationship management, including dedication to customers, quality, accountability, deposit growth, and fee income growth.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, accounting or other related field
- 15 or more years of banking experience
- Eight or more years of management experience
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Strong leadership abilities and strategic management skills
- Thorough knowledge of division and relation to industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Considerable tact, diplomacy and people skills

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
