  • Lead Small Feature Developments: Manage 1-2 low to mid-level feature builds, defining requirements, ensuring smooth engineering handoffs, and conducting QA testing.

  • Train Internal Teams: Educate departments on new product features to ensure consistency in customer interactions and maximize feature adoption.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience & Skills: A four-year college degree with a track record of managing multiple projects and priorities.

  • Attention to Detail: You have a knack for catching the smallest inconsistencies and ensuring high-quality output across projects.

  • Strong Communicator: You can distill complex ideas into simple, actionable insights and build consensus across teams.

  • Critical Thinker: You love diving into data, interpreting trends, and proposing data-driven solutions. Some experience with Excel and  data analytics platforms preferred.
