As a Senior Software Test Engineer, your primary responsibilities will include designing and developing QA solutions, maintaining testing processes, and integrating testing within CI/CD pipelines. You will collaborate with your Agile Product squad to deliver efficient solutions, ensuring quality throughout the software lifecycle.

To qualify for the Senior Software Test Engineer role, you should have strong experience in API testing, contract testing, and CI/CD integration. Familiarity with cloud-native architectures, microservices, and high-availability solutions is highly valuable. Additionally, prior experience in FinTech or Financial Services can be beneficial.

The Senior Software Test Engineer plays a crucial role in Agile practices by promoting continuous testing, guiding the team on QA best practices, and enhancing collaboration between development and QA teams. Your input will help drive positive changes that align with Agile methodologies.

In this role, you will be part of an Agile Product squad that consists of a Software Engineering Manager, Software Engineers, fellow QA Engineers, and led by a Tribe QA Engineering Manager. This collaborative environment allows for shared learning and continuous improvement.

This is a hybrid position, allowing for a flexible work schedule. While you have the option to work remotely, you will be expected to spend some days in the office, as confirmed by your hiring manager.

To ensure software quality, I integrate testing early in the development cycle, focus on automating tests, and foster communication among team members. Furthermore, I emphasize continuous testing within the CI/CD pipelines to catch issues before they make it to production.
